Abstract:Taking the Zaoshi Reservoir Resettlement in Hunan Province as the research area,using the method of K-means clustering and multiple regression combined with Bootstrap,this paper calculates the different types of farmers’ agricultural resettlement demand on the basis of the farmer type division.The results are as follows.There is obvious regularity between the income structure differences and the satisfaction degree of the migrant re-settlers from Zaoshi Resevior.According to the model,the differentiated agricultural resettlement demand is 0.88 mu per person for the working type,1.00 mu per person for the mix type,and 1.54 mu per person for the farming type.And different types of land could be calculated according to value of output of different agricultural products.It is difficult for the agricultural resettlement standard of Zaoshi reservoir to meet the needs of farmers of the farming type,but there is a slight surplus for farmers of the mixing type and the working type, and the degree of land intensification needs to be improved.Therefore,the Government,in establishing the Reservoir resettlement planning report,can as certain the total area required for the agricultural resettlement based on the differentiated agricultural resettlement needs among types of farmers,and accordingly screened out the final location of resettlement area to meet the needs.
