Through building a comprehensive evaluation index system of modern agricultural development,this paper first uses circulation correction model to evaluate the level of modern agricultural development in ten cities,then uses the K means clustering to make cluster analysis.The result shows that modern agricultural development in Shaanxi province is influenced by social and economic development level,and presents a gradient development situation in Guanzhong,Shanbei,Shannan regions.Guanzhong regions have lots of advantages in modern agricultural development,Shannan regions have more restrictive factors for the development of modern agricultural level,while weak agricultural sustainable development ability has become obvious factors affecting the development of modern agricultural level in Shanbei regions.Based on the above analysis,this paper proposes several countermeasures on how to improve modern agricultural comprehensive development from the following four aspects:agricultural industrial structure,agricultural input,agricultural input output management and innovation of agricultural mechanism
