From the perspective of urbanization,this paper probes into the features of the career of rural culture-aid and comes to the conclusion that the Rural Culture-aid Program in the Perspective of Urbanization should focus on the change in values,the way of thinking and customs. Considering the new cultural modes in correspondence with the new forms of economy,market economy should be introduced into rural country. Meanwhile,migrant workers and rural elites can be as opinion leaders to facilitate the transformation of rural culture. Finally,the government should lay emphasis on the protection and innovation of rural culture by means of finding the joint point of rural culture and modernization so as to evade from the possible problems in modernization. 
