Abstract:Based on the technology innovation process, this paper constructs the Talent-Quality-Model needed by enterprise technology innovation and points out that knowledge innovation will provide sources of knowledge for technology innovation to share, exchange and transform the results of technology innovation, push forward the development in popularization of technology innovation and realize the optimization of technology innovation process and marketing innovation.On the other hand, talent management can cultivate innovative thinking, encourage all-staff-involved innovation, increase awareness of risk, strengthen the learning ability, improve team consciousness, establish high-efficient team, guarantee orderly production, improve marketing ability, ensure effective communication and improve the talents’ quality.This paper also analyzes the interaction between knowledge innovation in enterprise technology innovation and talent management and proposes five countermeasures on how to improve the ability of enterprise knowledge innovation, ability of talent management and ability of technology innovation.These countermeasures include establishment of innovative atmosphere and encouragement the all-staff-involved innovation; objective assessment, risk prediction as well as timely feedback; optimization of the staff’s knowledge structure and increase of their team consciousness and promotion of knowledge sharing; enhancement of production efficiency and encouragement of marketing innovation and assimilation of innovative achievements and improvement of talent quality.
