Abstract:The range of the operational risks of new rural social endowment insurance is wide and their nature is complicated.According to risk assessment,it is found that new rural social endowment insurance operational risk include the risks caused by human factors,internal processes,systems defects and external events,and the occurrence probabilities for these risks are relatively large.So it raises various response measures to deal with these risks,such as improving the management level for new rural social endowment insurance funds;increasing the enforcement of laws and regulations to punish the behavior for misappropriation of new rural social endowment insurance funds strictly;adjusting or adding the staffing for county-level new rural social endowment insurance agencies,improving the professional ethics and awareness of law for handling agency staff,and implementing the“accountability”and so on.
