In recent years,the inflated figure of aquatic statistical data has attracted wide attention,and some indicators of aquatic products have been revised by the National Bureau of Statistics from 1997 to 2006,but it didn’t analyze the features of the inflated aquatic data.After analyzing the characteristics of inflated data and revised data of total aquatic and marine products,this paper found that there are three statistical laws in false rate of two indicators: the law of inflated part of the two indicators fitted linear model with intercept.The inflated part can be divided into two parts,fixed part and variable part.The characteristics of false alarm of the total aquatic products is stronger than the marine products in the four different angles of the statistical characteristics of growth,the fixed part,the rate of variable part and the average false rate.
