In the concept of agricultural production and ecological environment harmonious development,this paper used some measuring technology,such as statistical analysis,stepwise regression,heteroscedastic and serial correlation test et al.,comprehensive analysis the correlationship between production resources input and agricultural economic growth.The empirical results show that:production resources expenditure plays an important role in agricultural growth,there into water resource,fertilizer and agricultural diesel input have positive effect to agricultural economic growth,the role elastic coefficients are 0.719,0.573,0.300 successively,while the effect of land resource,pesticide,plastic film,electricity,agricultural machinery,agricultural labor,agricultural science and technology to agricultural economic growth not obvious.Therefore,through optimizing the structure of production resources input,and following the principles about scientific moderate;accelerate agriculture science and technology innovation input and environmental friendly technology integrating,demonstrating and promoting;promote agriculture practitioners’ sci-tech and cultural qualities and ecological environmental protection consciousness,those act can promote agricultural industrial competitiveness,and realize the sustainable development of modern agriculture in our country.
