This paper studies the cultivation system of full-time veterinary MSC degree postgraduate based on the current situation and puts forward several relevant suggestions. These suggestions include: first, cultivation system of full-time veterinary Master’s Degree should be centered around training objectives. The training process should focus on reforming curriculum, training students’ practical ability, DIY ability and ability to analyze and solve problems. Second, a new practice-oriented teaching evaluation system should be established. Thirdly, it is the effective way to improve training quality through joint cultivation between colleges and enterprises and expand the scales. Finally, three-level decentralized management among instructors, schools and colleges should be implemented.
