Villagers’ self-government right is not only the core concept of villagers’ self-government system,but also the key point and difficult point of juristic studies on agriculture,countryside and farmers.From the perspective of juristic studies,this paper studies the attributes of villagers’self- government right from static and dynamic levels based on comprehensive analysis on the different views from jurisprudential circle on such matter.From the static point of view,villagers’ self-government right is powerful,universal and limited; while from the dynamic point of view,villagers’ self-government right is legitimate and directly democratic.Based on the above analysis,this paper further points out that in the process of environmental changes,the realization of villagers’ self-government right can be adequately ensured by perfecting the system of democratic election,democratic management,democratic decision-making and democratic supervision,regulating the relationship between townships and villages and investing more in villagers’ self-government as environment changes.
