The purpose of man’s effort to promote the advance of agricultural technology is to pursue the profit in agricultural sector and to push the perfection and sublimation of the self-organization of agricultural technology system,its ultimate goal is to add fuel to the mankind’s prosperity and development.Transgenic agricultural biotechnology (TAB) has the following attributes of super nature,private monopoly and rapid global diffusion.Such attributes include many kinds of industrial impacts in the fast industrialization of TAB.To implement China’s agricultural opening strategy,to have an more foreseeable insight,to correct the past criteria of over-emphasizing economic benefits of TAB，leading the agricultural technology to secure long-term safety of agriculture and the well-being of China’s people,the mankind should have a deeper understanding of TAB and its various industrial impacts.
