    摘要:

    江泽民继承和发展了马克思主义关于人的全面发展思想,在领导中国特色社会主义教育的伟大实践中,形成了素质教育思想、全民教育思想和教育创新思想。江泽民强调实施素质教育要把人的全面发展放在中心地位,注重人的综合素质的提高、个性发展以及创新精神和实践能力的培养;把实现“两基”目标作为我国教育工作的重中之重,并把解决处境不利地区和人群的教育问题作为全民教育的一项重要任务;指出教育观念的创新是教育创新的先导,教育体制的创新是教育创新的关键,教师的创新是教育创新的根本。以上这些思想都是江泽民教育思想的重要组成部分。

    Abstract:

    Jiang Zemin inherited and developed Marxist thoughts on man’s all-round development.In the leadership of the practice of socialistic education with Chinese characteristics,he had formed thoughts of quality education,education for all and educational innovation.Jiang Zemin emphasized that carrying out quality education should put man’s all-around development in the center and focus on the improvement of man’s comprehensive quality,personality development and the cultivation of man’s spirit of innovation and practical ability.Jiang Zemin attached primary importantce to the realization of the target of “basically popularizing nine-year compulsory education and basically eliminating illiteracy among the young and middle-aged,” and he also took the settlement of educational problems of unfavorable areas and crowds as an important task of education for all.Jiang Zemin pointed out the innovation of educational concept being the guide of,the innovation of educational system being the key of,and the innovation of teacher being the root of educational innovation.All of these thoughts are the important parts of Jiang Zemin’s educational thought.
