Abstract:Based on the former scales of organizational commitment and employee engagement, this paper designs the organizational commitment and employee engagement questionnaire by depth interviews.The paper employs multivariate statistical techniques to discuss the structure of Agro-related enterprise’s organizational commitment and employee engagement.The results show that the organizational commitment of agro-related enterprise includes four aspects:ideal commitment, continuance commitment, affection commitment and choice commitment and that the employee engagement of Agro-related enterprise includes seven aspects:organizational identification, commitment, energy, hard work, task focus, focus, internalized values.This paper also applys regression to analyze the impact of organizational commitment on the employee engagement.It shows that ideal commitment, continuance commitment and affection commitment have varying degrees of significant effect on the seven factors of employee engagement.
