    摘要:

    已有人的组织承诺和敬业度量表为基础,通过对涉农企业员工的深度访谈,设计涉农企业员工组织承诺和敬业度的调查问卷。运用多元统计技术,通过因子分析得出涉农企业员工组织承诺包含理想承诺、继续承诺、情感承诺和机会承诺4个构面,敬业度包括组织认同、责任心、活力、工作努力、任务聚焦、专注、价值内化等7个构面。就涉农企业员工组织承诺对敬业度的影响作了回归分析,发现理想承诺、情感承诺、继续承诺3个因子对敬业度的7个维度有不同程度的显著影响。

    Abstract:

    Based on the former scales of organizational commitment and employee engagement, this paper designs the organizational commitment and employee engagement questionnaire by depth interviews.The paper employs multivariate statistical techniques to discuss the structure of Agro-related enterprise’s organizational commitment and employee engagement.The results show that the organizational commitment of agro-related enterprise includes four aspects:ideal commitment, continuance commitment, affection commitment and choice commitment and that the employee engagement of Agro-related enterprise includes seven aspects:organizational identification, commitment, energy, hard work, task focus, focus, internalized values.This paper also applys regression to analyze the impact of organizational commitment on the employee engagement.It shows that ideal commitment, continuance commitment and affection commitment have varying degrees of significant effect on the seven factors of employee engagement.
