Guangdong is one of the highly-developed provinces in economy in China and the development mode of its economy has been regarded as a good example to the other areas.This province also set a good example for the other areas in land transfer.The paper uses Qingyuan,a young city in Northern Guangdong with great potential of development as an example to discuss the dilemmas in rural land circulation in China.It makes an analysis on the present situation of the transfer of the rural land contractual management right in Qingyuan,studies the difficulties and problems in land transfer and gives some advices to settle them.
