The problem as to “What kind of culture a private enterprise should build and how to build it" is vital to the healthy development of private enterprises.In this paper,the author elaborates the cultural characteristics of private enterprises and their main problems,points out the development model of the culture in private enterprises,puts forward the approaches of building the culture of private enterprises.
