在国家重点学科建设中,队伍是重点,学术带头人是核心。本文围绕国家重点学科师资队伍建设,对学科队伍的结构、学术带头人的标准、创新人才选拔和聘用机制进行了讨论和分析。

Abstract:

In the construction of national key disciplines,teaching team is the priority and the academic leaders act as the nucleus factor.This paper centers on the construction of teaching team of national key discipline and analyzes the structure of discipline team,criteria of academic leaders,mechanism of selecting and employing innovative talents.
