This study promotes the theoretical hypothesis that there exits the process of encoding and decoding when the meaning of network discourse is produced.This point is put forward in accordance with Stuart Hall's research on TV and Schutz' Hegemony theory of Gramsci.In the meanwhile,this study illustrates that the process of encoding and decoding does not oppose dualistically and it is much more complex than the discourse of the TV for the illegibility of the process in "transmitting" and "receiving".
