At present,many rural lands were unused in China.In addition,because of the defective of rural land transfer mechanism,there has been an awkward situation of serious disintegration between farmers and lands.Therefore,the establishment and legalization of the rural land borrowing system is not only an objective need to improve the existing system but a theoretical response of great significance to the practical land use.
