Nowadays,there are not so much study on arbitration proof system of China,but many problems in the proof system can be found with the combination of comparison of arbitration proof system among different countries and the analysis of the current laws and regulations.Therefore,how to solve these problems is quite important for the development of China's arbitration proof system.
