In current market economy,what roles the governments play in real estate market has become an important problem.Countries in different period of market economy try to find the changes of government's behavior and function with the development of social economy.This paper analyzes the behavior of government in real estate market;summarize the policies of real estate from 1998;offer some measurements in shifting the role of government from the planning and administration of socialist economy to the regulation of a market economy.
