Because currently China's farmland transformation for non-agricultural advancement is speeding up,the conflict of low land requisition compensation standard obviously appears.Under the system of farmland in China now,land requisition price has been distorted seriously,which has caused a series of social problems which have aroused more attention from many fields.Recently,a series of policy and regulation have been promulgated in order to increase the land compensation standard and improve farmers' living standard.So to achieve this goal requires more scientific methods to appraise regional price of land requisition and take it for reference to make more reasonable land requisition compensation standard.This paper made an analysis on land economic value function,and summed up each function price to get the land requisition price,that is the total of the income function price and the employment function price and the social security function price.This paper makes a empirical study in Siyang county,Jiangsu province.
