In recent years,land in the countryside is largely occupied,which has led to the dispute and illegal occupied land,even the living problem of farmers who have lost land.This paper analyzed the reasons why farmers have lost land,reflected the defects of land acquisition system and finally put forward some suggestions on how to perfect the land acquisition system of China.
