Along with the deepening of economic restructuring and the acceleration of the economic structure adjustment,structural unemployment will become an economic and social phenomenon.How to solve the problem of structural unemployment and reduce its negative economic and social impact will be a long-term important issue for us.This paper analyzes the characteristics and the causes of structural unemployment in the economic transitional period,and makes some countermeasures to solve the problem.
