By using correlative and comparative methods,this paper made the quantitative analysis on the policies adopted by Chinese government to promote the increase of farmer's income,the grain output and the land conservation and this paper has drawn corresponding conclusions.These conclusions are important to the improvement of the government's management of agriculture,to the transformation of government's administrative functions and to the enhancement of agricultural management by the government.
