摘要:

研究生就业中存在着就业流向严重不均衡等问题,文章在对华中农业大2006年毕业研究生就业情况进行统计与分析的基础上,从加强对国家政策的宣传力度、加强社会需求导向、将就业问题作为一项系统工程来抓等三方面,提出了改善研究生就业状况的建议。

Abstract:

Some problems as the disproportion of flow direction of obtaining employment are existed in graduate students' employment.The graduate students employment status of Huazhong Agricultural University in 2006 was analysized in this paper and some instructional opinions were brought forward to improve the employment status of graduate students.
