摘要:

人力资源是企业中的第一资源,人是促使企业和谐发展的最重要因素,是活的资源。本文通过对人力资源的基本特征的分析,就企业人力资源管理如何应对社会转轨时期的种种挑战,以促进企业和谐发展作了初步探讨。

Abstract:

Human resource is the first resource in the enterprises and human is the most important factor in promoting the harmonious development of enterprises.This paper analyzes the basic features of human resources and discusses various challenges of human resources management in enterprise in the transition period to promote the harmonious development of enterprises.
