The original Confucianist outlook on women stated that men and women were different,not that men were superior.Gradually,the idea of "Obedience" in "Women's Virtues" became increasingly strict and finally reached the extreme of "Absolute Superiority for Men's Rights" and "Ready to Die to Preserve Her Chastity for Husband".Even the two fanatical assaults in the 20th century didn't actually realize "Equality Between Genders".In modern China,Confucianist outlook on women should be reflected objectively,essence assimilated and dross rejected.Both the society and women themselves should strive to achieve harmony between genders.
