Based on the results of farmland gradation,this paper brings forward several methods to resolve the problems of the requisition-compensation balance of arable land.China's actual instances of requisition-compensation balance of arable land are taken into account.The authors think that the balance should be converted into quantity-quality balance by gradation of farmland.
