Because of the rough and incomplete legal system of farmland acquisition,the peasants' interests can not be guaranteed effectively.The key to resolve this problem is to make the ownership of the farmland clearly.In addition,the problem must be solved as soon as possible,such as ignoring the reality of the existence of commercial land acquisition and imposing the compensation on farmland acquisition "broad-cut";and land acquisition costs low;compensation can not be recovered in time to the farmers who lose their land.Furthermore,the relevant laws also must be established.
