建设创新型国家必须加强创新文化建设。大学在建设创新型国家中承担着人才培养、科技创新、服务社会的任务,同时还肩负着建设创新型文化的重任。

Abstract:

In order to build the innovation-oriented country,it is quite necessary to strengthen the construction of innovative culture.Therefore,in the process of building innovation-oriented country,the university not only is responsible for talent cultivation,innovation of science and technology and providing the service for the society,but also takes on the task of building innovation-oriented culture.
