摘要:

在现在竞争激烈的时代里,研究生创造力的塑造与培养已受到越来越多人的关注.本文针对研究生不同专业、性别、年级的创造力进行类别特征分析,探讨影响研究生创造力发挥的因素,提出研究生创造力的塑造与培养的方法.

Abstract:

In a time of sharp competition,people have paid more and more attention to the creation and cultivation of creativity of graduate students.How to create and cultivate the creativity of graduate students is discussed in this paper according to the dissimilarity of the creativity characteristics from different majors,sexes and grades of graduate students.
