As the engine of the operation of society and economic development,Petroleum is an important strategic natural resource,and it will be a limiting factor for long term economic growth of China.This paper analyzed the supply and demand of international and domestic petroleum markets,and discussed the feasibility and policies of building petroleum security system in China.
