The social security arrangement for land-requisitioned farmers will realize the multi-aims such as arrangement for farmers, social stability, social equity and so on, which is an indispensable way to arrange land-requisitioned farmers. Meanwhile, the social security arrangement is still not perfect and problems exist , eg. social security fund for land-requisitioned farmers is not allocated on time, there is obvious social security fund deficit, it is difficult to manage the fund, supervisory system is absent and the internal and external power to carry forward the social security arrangement is quite short. This paper analyzes these problems and put forth some corresponding suggestions.
