摘要:

从建设创新型国家的目标出发,论述了增强自主创新能力是高校义不容辞的责任,提出实现自主创新必须大力弘扬科学精神;揭示了科学精神的深刻内涵,提出了创新文化是高等学校校园文化的核心以及高校在弘扬科学精神、营造创新氛围、建设创新文化、增强自主创新能力方面的几点建议.
