Transparency of the affairs of schools is called "the sunlight project" in colleges and universities, which has become the window of the democracy and the platform of participation. Therefore, it is necessary to study how to perfect and promote the transparency of the affairs in colleges and universities. This paper discusses the ideological cognition, organizing construction, systematic construction and forms, contents and methods of transparency of the affairs in colleges and universities.
