本文分析了西部地区水土流失的基本现状,探讨了水土流失的影响因素,认为自然因素是水土流失发生的潜在条件,人为因素是加速水土流失的催化剂。提出防治西部地区水土流失的对策应是集中资金,重点防治,更新观念,生态修复,预防为主,强化监督。
