对高等学校医院药剂科的现状及在实际工作中存在待改进的问题进行了分析,认为加强和改进高校药剂科的管理,一是要加强领导,二是要提高医务人员尤其是药剂科人员的素质,三是要健全制度,严把药品进口关和质量监督关。
