摘要:

大学生思想政治教育取得实效的关键在于坚持以人为本。大学生思想政治教育长期处于疲软的原因在于没有很好地坚持以人为本。大学生思想政治教育要体现以人为本,首要的是突出学生的主体地位,充分考虑学生的个性特点,尊重学生的心理需要,同时要强化对大学生的人文关怀。
