摘要:

民营企业劳动纠纷产生的根本原因在于民营企业在劳动关系上的严重投入不足所致。本文通过对民营企业劳动关系的运行成本的考察,构建了劳动关系的投入———贡献模型,并对民营企业的劳动关系进行了投入与贡献分析,提出了改善劳动关系的相应建议。
